our story

Our modern food system is broken. What was once a way to nourish and sustain life has become an industrialized, chemical-driven machine—depleting our soil, stripping nutrients from our food, and flooding our bodies with toxins. The result? A rapid decline in both our land and our health. But I’ve chosen a different path—one rooted in nature, integrity, and tradition. It hasn’t been easy. After high school, I left home to work on a ranch in Oklahoma, eager to expand my knowledge and gain hands-on experience in regenerative agriculture. But everything changed when I got the phone call. My mom had been diagnosed with cancer. Watching her fight through endless doctor appointments, seeing the toll it took on her body, and experiencing the gut-wrenching pain of losing her forced me to ask hard questions. What’s in our food? Why are 80% of diseases linked to diet? Why have fruits and vegetables lost more than 50% of their nutritional value? The truth became undeniable—the soil has been poisoned, and that ripple effect is destroying human health. Yet, amid that darkness, I found light. Healthy soil grows healthy plants. Healthy plants nourish healthy cattle. And the result? Nutrient-dense meat that truly heals. A few months after taking over Parker Pastures at just 19, my mom went to heaven. But by the grace of God, I pressed on—choosing to continue her legacy and uphold the same uncompromising standards she lived by.
At Parker Pastures, every decision is made with purpose. Our cattle are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, roaming freely on lush, nutrient-rich pastures. We never take shortcuts, never compromise on quality, and always hold ourselves to the highest standards. Our beef is higher in omega-3s, with an Omega-6:3 ratio of 1.1—far superior to the 3.0 found in other grass-fed beef and the 7.8 in grain-fed beef. It contains a better fatty acid profile, packed with CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) and long-chain saturated fatty acids that support metabolic health. With double the Vitamin E content of most beef, it helps protect against cardiovascular disease, cognitive decline, and certain cancers. More importantly, our beef is more bioavailable—providing omega-3s in their natural triglyceride form, making them easier for the body to absorb and use. We follow regenerative ranching principles, ensuring our cattle not only thrive but also improve the land as they graze. We refuse mRNA vaccines, synthetic shortcuts, and anything that could compromise the integrity of our food. Every cut of Parker Pastures beef is a reflection of purity, health, and tradition—meat that nourishes, meat that restores, meat that truly heals. This is more than a business—it’s a mission. In honor of my mom and for the health of all, I guarantee that with Parker Pastures, you’ll always receive flavorful, nutrient-dense beef you can feel good about eating and sharing with your loved ones.
